Yoram Levy is a healthcare strategist and operations leader with extensive experience in driving organic and inorganic growth for healthcare services and digital health firms. Yoram led teams in developing and activating strategic agendas, formulating value creation roadmaps, scaling businesses, and building new operating capabilities for organizations up to $1B in valuation.

Yoram is experienced in developing and executing corporate and business unit strategies; go-to-market and market entry strategies; M&A, JVs, and partnerships formation. He led performance improvement and business turnarounds, digital business transformations and driving innovation strategies. Yoram is skilled in leading analytic driven decision making; establishing and leading change agendas; mobilizing multifunctional teams; designing operating models and integrating business functions into unified operating engines.

Yoram led various healthcare services deals for payers and providers, he facilitated corporate development initiatives in primary care, homecare, pharmacy benefits, urgent care / retail clinics, wellness, behavioral health, among others. During his strategy consulting careers, Yoram provided advisory services to leading national and regional payers, PBMs, medical centers, provider groups and PE firms.

Yoram was a Director with Strategy&/PwC Healthcare Strategy Group and an Associate Partner with the Monitor Group’s Strategy and Deals Advisory Group. Yoram also held a VP of Operations position with a digital health company. He holds an MBA from Kellogg, Northwestern University.
