Tory Boschee is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta and worked as an assurance manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She has experience with both private and public companies across a variety of industries in Canada, including large multinational SEC registrants and government sector clients. She has helped companies manage complex accounting and business matters, including acquisitions and business combinations, valuations, risk management, internal controls and governance.

 

Tory brings experience in financial reporting under IFRS and U.S. GAAP and has advised clients on billions of dollars in asset write-offs, multi-billion-dollar PPA valuations, complex debt issuance programs, and adoption of new standards and regulations.
