He has completed 150+ valuations for mergers and acquisitions, shareholder buy-ins, buy-outs and disputes, matrimonial settlements, estate freezes, employee stock ownership plans, and financial reporting purposes. Terry has experience with various valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow, capitalized cash flow, guideline precedent transactions, guideline public companies, and adjusted net book value.

 

Terry has served clients including private equity firms, family offices, pension funds, small to large private enterprises, and public companies. His experience spans multiple sectors including retail, manufacturing, energy, financial, healthcare, and technology.
