Indranil brings a unique blend of experience working for blue chip global institutions and founder of healthcare startups.

 

First half of his career he held pivotal roles at United Healthcare, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and BNP Paribas Prime Brokerage, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, product and service development, and post-merger integrations, while managing a $250M P&L and driving operational efficiency through global outsourcing strategies.

 

Transitioning to private equity, Indranil worked with firms like Carlyle Group and others in emerging markets, focusing on $1B healthcare M&A deals and integrating networks of 450 practice centers serving 3.5 million patients.

 

As a healthcare entrepreneur since 2012, he founded and scaled ventures like Private Health Advisory Group and myPersonalDoc, delivering concierge healthcare services to HNIs in emerging markets and facilitating over 1.3 million patient cases with partnerships with global centers of excellence such as Mayo Clinic, Mount Sinai, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia etc. Recently he launched Svasth, a groundbreaking price transparency SaaS marketplace for elective surgeries & diagnostics, enabling patients to make informed healthcare decisions.

 

Indranil holds an EMBA from Columbia University, complementing his track record in healthcare innovation with extensive experience across the global healthcare value chain, digital health, value-based care, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies and partnerships across emerging markets across LATAM, Asia, MENA, Eastern Europe, and Africa.
