Kevin Barnes is an investor and executive advisor with deep expertise in healthcare corporate development, M&A, and strategic growth. He enjoys working with healthcare services, technology, and data-enabled companies—as well as boards and other private equity sponsors—on acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and value creation initiatives.

Kevin previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Premier Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC), leading 17 acquisitions and investments totaling over $1.9 billion, executing an $800 million divestiture, and overseeing the execution of the company’s IPO. His background also includes operational leadership, private equity roll-up sourcing and execution, investment banking, corporate M&A law, and active-duty military service.

Kevin holds an MBA and Juris Doctor from the College of William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
